A practice for real life.Come as you are.

Less caught up in thought.
More here for your life.

When your day ends,
but your mind keeps going.

Replaying a conversation. Thinking about tomorrow while spending time with someone you love. Finding it hard to enjoy a quiet moment without filling it with the next thing.

This is where we start: learning to notice when a thought has taken over your attention, and practising coming back to the moment you’re in.

What you’ll actually practise

A simple exercise
for your attention.

You don’t have to force your mind to go blank. Here’s what we’ll do together.

  1. Feel your breath.

Notice the sensation of breathing in and out. This gives your attention a place to rest.

  2. Notice when you wander.

A plan, a memory, a message from work. At some point, you’ll realise you’ve been following a thought.

  3. Gently come back.

Bring your attention back to your breath. Each return is a repetition, like a rep at the gym. This is the practice.

For me, practising that return has made it easier to notice when I’m caught up in a thought during the day, and choose how to respond.

60minutes

Your first session.

One-to-one, at your pace.
20 minutes of meditation.
Time to talk, ask, and understand.

10 min

Start with what brings you here.

Tell me what you’d like to feel differently, what you’ve tried, or what makes meditation difficult for you. We’ll begin there.

20 min

Understand what to do.

I’ll explain the approach that helped me: where to put your attention, what to do when thoughts come up, and how to come back. Ask me anything that feels unclear.

20 min

Try it with guidance.

We’ll meditate together. You can ask for a pause or an adjustment whenever you need. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

10 min

Leave with a way to keep going.

We’ll talk through your experience and make a simple practice plan that fits your life, so you know what to do when you sit down again.

A clear approach. A first guided practice. A plan to make it part of your life.

I used to wonder
what I was supposed
to do, too.

I’m a regular guy from Paris. At first, meditation felt mystical, like something for Buddhist monks. I tried apps and YouTube videos, but I still couldn’t work out how to practise or stay consistent.

Thinking of it as training my attention helped it click. I’ve now been meditating for five years. For the past year, I’ve been meditating for an hour a day. That’s my personal routine; we’ll find a starting point that works for you.

Alongside building my company, Pacha, and growing a team of more than 50 people, I wanted to keep growing while feeling peace, enjoying life, and keeping my heart open through the challenges.

Meditation has helped me feel less caught up in every thought and more able to enjoy my day, even when work is demanding. That’s the experience I want to share with you, through a simple introduction here in Bali.

See you on the cushion,
Thomas
